Belli Belli Salon & Boutique

Today i spent $558.00. This is ridiculous and they didn't even get the highlight look I wanted. I do not recommend. You don't get the special service from the "leveled" or "tiered" stylists that you pay for. I paid for the top level and I had 2 other girls working on my hair. If you want a very personalized experience this is not the place, plus it's expensive as hell. I'm so damn disappointed. This is what I asked for and this is what I got. Not even close to what I wanted. I still paid and I still tipped, but will never go back.

I've been going to Belli Belli for a little over a year now I believe. I always see Andrea Walters. She does an amazing job. I always walk out feeling my best. I have a lighter brunette shade to my hair, but I get full highlight with a root shadow and Andrea manages to keep my hair extremely healthy. My hair is not damaged and is still full with length as well.

From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, my experience was a 10/10. I was able to book with Jacquie, and she throughly explained the whole process to me, and was patient with all my questions. For the first time ever I felt like I knew exactly what I was going to get, yet she did it better than I could ever imagined! She always just made me feel so beautiful along the way. Everyone should come here!

This place is definitely pretty pricey. If you have the money to spend then this may be the salon for you, but not if you want a reasonable price. I spent over $500 just for partial highlights, and my hair is already a dirty blonde color. I am also not sure if I showed up on a busy day, but I probably spent more than 60% of my time there waiting instead of getting my hair done. I showed up for my appointment and had to wait over 20 minutes to be seated in a chair. Once in my chair I waited another 15-20 minutes for the stylist to see me. After explaining to her what I wanted she left to deal with other costumers and came back 10-15 minutes later to start on my hair. She was running around to other costumers and had her assistant do over half of my hair. I was in the hair dryer chair for probably over 30 minutes, even after it was done drying. Walked over to get my hair rinsed and sat in that chair for over 20 minutes, with probably 5 minutes of someone actually doing something to my hair. During this time the stylist was still running around between other clients and even had to reschedule two people who had shown up for their appointments. Overall this place was way too expensive for a partial highlight and the length of the appointment was absurdly long. Even though the place seemed really nice, I have never had to wait that long during my appointment and I will not be going back.

I was a loyal costumer and it pains me to write this review. prices got so high I had to pay 1000 to 1100 for full hair color even when I switch stylists same prices , unfortunately I couldn't keep up with those prices and I'm not sure everyone had to pay that much. Other thing I didn't like that they took that much money and the associate would do half or more of the job until I asked not to and it was very uncomfortable to them. I had to switch to a different nice place they don’t even take half of this with great quality of work.

I remember seeing a friend's fresh blonde hair and it was so perfectly blended... I had to ask her who she went to! She referred me to Sandy at Belli Belli. Sandy Pham is the absolute best! I've been a loyal client for over 5 years now. She's one of the only level 6 stylists there, so she knows what she's doing and has proven her seniority. She's fabulous at blonding and hand-tied hair extensions. All of her assistants throughout the years have been great too. I'd recommend Sandy and Belli Belli to anyone!
